Submission : How the Optional Protocol to the Convention Against Torture Should be Implemented in the ACT
The ACT HRC submission to the Australian Human Rights Commission Consultation ‘OPCAT in Australia Consultation Paper’ on how the UN Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture should be implemented in Australia is now available.
The ACT Human Rights Commission acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land we work on, the Ngunnawal people. We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as First Australians and recognise their culture, history, diversity and their deep connection to the land.
