Our Young Thinker Forum is a space for children and young people to talk about the issues that are important to them. The current topic in the Forum is the 2020 bushfires.
“The federal government has announced a royal commission into the bushfires,” said Children and Young People Commissioner, Jodie Griffiths-Cook.
“I would like to prepare a submission telling the government what children and young people think about the bushfires, the environment and climate change.”
To enter the Young Thinker Forum, you can write a message or a story, create an artwork or comic strip, submit a video or audio recording, or write/record a song. Encourage children and young people to have their say in their way!
More information, including the entry form, is available on the ACT Human Rights website.
