The health and wellbeing of our clients, the community and our staff is our number one priority. We have measures in place to ensure that we can continue to deliver services without placing people at unnecessary risk; and any updates to our services will be posted here and on social media, so please keep in touch or subscribe for the latest information.

We are open & enquiry line

Our office at 56 Allara St, Canberra is open to the public 9am-5pm Monday to Friday; and our enquiry line is also open during normal business hours. Complaints and conciliation conferences

We are accepting complaints and conducting conciliation conferences at the moment. Please be assured that we take every complaint seriously, and that we are working to deliver quality and timely services as best we can.

Advocacy services for vulnerable people

We remain available to take concerns in relation to people experiencing vulnerability; and people who need advocacy support to facilitate their access to supports and services. We will continue to monitor and respond to the situations of current clients/consumers with whom we have been working, and will maintain oversight of the services and systems for which we have responsibility.
