Make a complaint about a health service

The ACT Human Rights Commission investigates and conciliates complaints about health services in the ACT.

The Commission may access, use and disclose personal information and any health records relevant to this complaint in accordance with the Health Records (Privacy and Access) Act 1997.

If your complaint is about a registered health practitioner, the Commission must send your complaint to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and the relevant National Board.
