Commission invites feedback on client services charter

3 November 2022: The ACT Human Rights Commission is asking the Canberra community for feedback on its client services charter.

The charter outlines how the Commission should treat its clients, what clients can expect from Commission services and how people can give feedback or make a complaint if they were unhappy with Commission services.

“We seek feedback from the community and update our client services charter every three years,” Commission President, Dr Helen Watchirs said.

“We would welcome comments or suggestions about the charter from anyone in the Canberra community, including clients, members of the public and community and stakeholder groups,” Dr Watchirs said.

Feedback can be submitted via the Your Say page. The consultation opens today and closes on 12 January 2023.
