All discrimination complaints to the Human Rights Commission must be made in writing on the Commission’s Discrimination Complaint form. You can make a complaint to the Commission at any time, however the Commission may take no action if: your complaint is:
- More than 2 years old.
- Before a court or tribunal, or has been heard by a court or tribunal
- Not a matter covered under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005 and/or Discrimination Act 1991; or
- Frivolous, vexaious or dishonest.
