Crisis Services Scheme for women with disability

A Crisis Services Scheme was established in 2014 for women with disability following a collaboration between the ACT Disability and Community Services Commissioner, Women with Disabilities ACT, the Canberra Rape Crisis Centre, the Domestic Violence Crisis Service and the Victims of Crime Commissioner.

An e-learning training package on Disability Awareness for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Workers has also been developed by the ACT Disability & Community Services Commissioner’s Office and is now available here.
