Child Impact Assessments

Child Impact Assessments involve assessing a proposed law, policy or decision to determine its likely impact on children and young people.

The CYPC has developed Guidelines to assist individuals and agencies undertake Child Impact Assessments. As well as providing practical advice to agencies, the Guidelines will also assist ACT Government Directorates to meet their Triple Bottom Line Assessment obligations.
